Track each sub's or vendor's W-9 and certificate of insurance (general liability and workers' compensation) by status, with the coverage dates from the certificate. Anything missing, expiring soon, or expired is flagged on your Home screen. You're warned before you record a payment, but never blocked.

Record what you owe your subs and what your clients owe you, job by job — with payment stages, partial payments and refunds. Both sides are tracked separately and never netted, so a balance always means exactly what it says.

Estimate: Reports include an estimated audit exposure for uncovered subs. It's an estimate based on what you enter — not a quote, a bill, or an audit result. Every figure is labeled as informational.

Rekiva flags problems early and leaves the call to you. Your documents stay in your own Google Drive, we never ask for or store a tax ID, and audit and 1099 figures are informational — always labeled, never legal, tax or insurance advice.
